Ministry Teams

We believe that every Christian has been given at least one spiritual gift to use to build up the church. The ministry teams listed below are some of the venues we have in place to help people use those gifts to serve God through the church.

Let us know which ministry team interests you by filling out the form below; we would love for you to join that team. If you have a gift or passion that’s not listed, let us know, and we will do whatever we can to help you strengthen and use the gifts God has given you.

Children’s Team*

Children are important to Jesus and are important to us. The Children’s Ministry has two goals: to provide an age-appropriate atmosphere to facilitate spiritual growth and learning for children and to equip parents to lead their children to live a Christian life.

Welcome Team

The Welcome Team is responsible for ensuring that our guests receive a warm welcome and a great first impression of Crossroads. They serve by welcoming guests at the door, orienting them to our campus, and ensuring they feel at home at Crossroads.

Missions Team

The Missions Team is responsible for providing training and opportunities for church members to engage in evangelism and missions. They serve by organizing ways for church members to engage in missions both locally and globally.

Media Team

The Media Team is responsible for managing the information systems of our church. They serve primarily by providing audio/visual support during worship services and other church events.

Property Team

The Property Team is responsible for the regular inspection of our property to ensure our grounds are safe, clean, and operable. They recommend repair solutions to the church and coordinate property work days for the congregation to participate in.
